A booking or rental is only confirmed once ADV Hire has accepted the booking and any required payment, documentation or other requirements have been completed.

ADV Hire reserves the right to substitute a motorcycle with another motorcycle of similar or appropriate specification where reasonably necessary, subject to the applicable rental terms and any consumer rights provided by law.

5. PRICING

Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, pricing displayed on the Website may not include all optional accessories, delivery or collection fees, one-way charges, refuelling charges, insurance-related amounts, taxes, payment fees or other applicable charges.

The final price applicable to a particular rental will be communicated to the customer as part of the booking process.

Where a price displayed on the Website is incorrect due to a genuine error, ADV Hire reserves the right to correct the error and will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any rights a consumer may have under applicable South African consumer-protection legislation.

6. BOOKINGS AND RENTAL AGREEMENTS

Submitting an enquiry or availability request through the Website does not, by itself, constitute a confirmed motorcycle rental agreement.

A rental booking becomes binding only once the relevant booking requirements have been accepted and confirmed by ADV Hire.

All motorcycle rentals are subject to the applicable Motorcycle Rental, Gear & Accessories Terms and Conditions, which form part of the rental agreement.

Where there is a conflict between these Website Terms and the terms specifically applicable to a motorcycle rental, the rental-specific terms will apply to the extent of that conflict.
